@WillHartley1980 I was actually shocked to discover that Rooibos is caffeine free 😭😭 been drinking it since as long as I remember (staple tea in SA)

Coffee for the kick. Unfortunately, ADHD means the kick often fails to arrive and I've essentially just paid for expensive bean water. That said, I do collect teas. Gremlin put me onto Rooibos a few years ago and it's become our default tea. She avoids caffeine unless it's being used medicinally, and somewhere along the way I got converted too.

Getting one of those indicator bottles to help your kiddo hydrate during the day. Replacing the labels with kid-appropriate encouragements. "Drink up for papa" "You're being such a good girl/boy" "That's a big kid!"
