Just after escaping Tatooine in A New Hope, Han Solo expresses strong disbelief in The Force, Jedi, and all their stuff as voodoo and witchcraft.
Thanks to the Prequels trying to shoehorn as many characters in, everyone there except Luke has had a personal experience with the Jedi.
Including Han's First Mate & Business partner, Chewie, who evidently had been flying with him for years and never passed that info on.

MLB is doing a better job getting its message out to fans than the Players Association is.
The League is successfully galvanizing fans toward its pursuit of a salary cap. The Players Association seems to be completely reactive to everything that’s going on.
I’m very much on the players side. Until owners open their books and show that they’re actually trying to win and can’t, you’re not going to convince me to side with billionaire owners on anything.
But right now, the Players Association needs to do a better job with its public relations outreach. It’s been terrible.

MLBPA interim executive director Bruce Meyer says that the players would actually be taking a $500 million paycut if they accepted MLB's salary cap proposal, and reiterated that they will never agree to a salary cap.

Of course, spending money is associated with winning, but success is nowhere close to being a pure product of financial determinism. Last year, MLB's smallest market Milwaukee had the best record in baseball with a bottom-third payroll.

I'm sure fans of other small-market teams feel the same way, but an overwhelming majority of the people on my timeline who support a salary cap are Pittsburgh Pirates fans

Ok. There's a salary cap to make things fair. 240 max 170 min.... the Yankees and Dodgers make 800M a year.... while teams are in the 200s....... meaning the big markets are funding the their payroll ....Wouldn't their obvious next move... to buy them out and delete them ????

As a lifelong Pirates fan, I know what it feels like to start a season thinking your team has no real chance. That’s bad for baseball. Fans in every city deserve hope. Other sports have figured this out. Baseball needs to do the same before it only matters to big markets. Stop the greed on all sides. The owners should stand firm, and the players union should work with them for the good of the game. wsj.com/sports/basebal…

I came in skeptical of the competitive balance argument for the cap. This is part of why.
