To report an issue concerning the misuse of an electric vehicle parking bay, please contact the local council or report to the Premier Inn.  The council take responsibility for the enforcement of most parking restrictions, and should be able to assist you further with this matter. As GeniePoint chargers are installed at various locations, many of which are situated on privately owned land where parking is managed by third-party operators. .@GeniePointEV When are you going to repair the chargers you have in Letchworth Garden City and Hitchin? They've not been working for months now and just get stuck "starting" with a yellow light. I can't charge at home so rely on these.

@GeniePointEV for the past few weeks your EV chargers in Letchworth Garden City and Hitchin (GP10116 and GP10117) have been failing to charge and progress no further than "starting". This is becoming tiring and frustrating. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Hi Tom, Thank you for your email, please accept our apologies for any confusion. The £35.00 is reserved or "ringfenced" in your bank account. Once your charge is complete, the cost of the charge will be debited from the reserved amount, if your charge costs less than £35.00, the remainder will be released. If a charge does not take place, the £35.00 is automatically released back to your bank account. @GeniePointEV Terrible service from GeniePoint. I’m only allowed to half charge my car - I am driving from Cumbria to Sussex. 90 minutes when the charger is slow cos it’s cold. Or I get a fine. What awful company doesn’t want me to use their services?
