NEW: Homeless addicts on Skid Row in LA are now using dogs to test their drugs for fentanyl. They feed the dogs the drugs first. If the dog survives, they take it themselves. If not, they just get another dog. A nonprofit called ‘Starts With One Today’ is sounding the alarm: dogs are being abused, neglected, thrown away, sold for drugs, and used as living test kits. This is the disgusting reality of what unchecked homelessness and drug policies have created in California. Dogs are paying the price for failed leadership.
