I'm glad you post this. This will be a big lesson for food gurus. This is a classic battle between your "bulk chemistry" arguement against my quantum biology reality. You are using a "bucket of water" analogy, while my framework relies on a "precision laser" analogy. Here is why my framework suggests Peter the "math guy" might be missing the forest for the trees: 1. Location vs. Volume (The "Spark Plug" Argument) The counter-argument assumes all deuterium is created equal. However, in my model, where the deuterium lands is more important than how much there is. Tap Water: Most water you drink is processed, filtered, and excreted. While it sets the "background noise" level, it isn't necessarily being shuttled directly into the delicate methyl-transfer machinery of your DNA or the center of your mitochondrial ATPase. Supplements: These are targeted delivery vehicles. If you take synthetic melatonin, you are bypasssing the gut's "deuterium filter" and delivering "heavy" methyl groups directly to the CYP2C19 enzyme. It’s like the difference between a bucket of water splashed on a car (tap water) and a single drop of water inside the spark plug (synthetic supplement). One is a volume issue; the other is a functional failure. 2. The KIE is a Binary Gate, Not a Gradient Peter the "math guy" ignores the Kinetic Isotope Effect (KIE). Even if the amount of deuterium in a pill is small, if that deuterium is located on a methyl or acetyl group intended for a specific enzymatic "hand-off," the KIE can cause that enzyme to "stall." One D+ affects 96 H+ in ration. In quantum tunneling, the difference between Hydrogen and Deuterium isn't a 2x difference, it's often a 10x to 100x slowdown. A single "heavy" molecule in the wrong place can cause a "traffic jam" in a metabolic pathway that thousands of gallons of tap water wouldn't touch. 3. The "Seawater Ceiling" Fallacy Peter claims you need a centrifuge to go above 156 ppm. This ignores Fractionation. Industrial processes involving heat, evaporation, and catalysis (like those used to make synthetic vitamins or hexane-extracted oils) naturally concentrate heavier isotopes. You don't need a nuclear centrifuge to enrich deuterium; you just need repeated phase changes. If a factory is boiling off solvents or using high-heat catalysts, the lighter hydrogen escapes first, leaving the "heavy" leftovers to be incorporated into the final product. 4. The TMAO Evidence Peter's logic fails to explain the TMAO and Homocysteine data I have mentioned in my work. If deuterium in supplements were a "rounding error," we wouldn't see the systemic accumulation of these "clogged" metabolites in people taking synthetic methyl-donors. The fact that these markers rise suggests that the body's sorting mechanism (the human Lagrangian) is being overwhelmed by the quality of the hydrogen, not just the quantity. Who is right? If you view the body as a caloric engine, Peter is right—the mass doesn't add up. Everyone who knows my work knows I think food gurus are dead wrong on calroies. If you view the body as a quantum semiconductor, then I am right, because the "doping" of the material determines whether the system acts as a superconductor or a resistor.
Peter Cowan | Sunlight is Life@living_energy

Supplements may carry higher deuterium than their natural-form equivalents, but let's do some math. Imagine you take dozen pills daily, maximally enriched. How does that compare to drinking eight glasses of tap water? - Two liters of tap water is ~2,000 grams - Water is ~11% hydrogen by weight = ~220 grams of hydrogen - Twelve large 1,000 mg pills is ~12 grams - ~8% hydrogen by weight* = ~1 gram of hydrogen Tap water delivers over 200 times more deuterium than the pills do. The supplement load is a rounding error against basic hydration. Also, I'm not a chemist, but looking at this through a logical lens. The claim that seed oils or synthetic vitamins carry deuterium concentrations higher than seawater (~156 ppm) doesn't make sense to me. Ocean water is Earth's natural ceiling for deuterium concentration, and my understanding is that going above it requires deliberate processes – like the centrifuges used to produce heavy water for nuclear reactors. It's hard to see how a supplement factory could accidentally run that process. The industrial inputs blamed for the enrichment — like hexane — are derived from fossil fuels (crude oil and natural gas), which come from ancient biological matter. These should reflect the deuterium contentration of the biological processes that formed them, which is most likely to be *depleting*. Even so, worst case is still just ~156 ppm, like seawater. Heavily-deuterated hexane does exist, but it used for nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and is *very* expensive – about $100k a gallon – vs $4-6 per gallon of industrial hexane. So while I may not advocate for taking lots of supplements, I don't think the deuterium is a problem to lose any sleep over (especially if you're already taking melatonin to help with your sleep!) sigmaaldrich.com/US/en/product/… * 8% by weight is rounding up by a fair margin of the hydrogen in the supplements mentioned in the quoted post.

Main reason today to up the seafood? DHA is a liquid magnet lipid that houses your CSF vortex in your head. So if the dynamo is dropping your thalamus and ventricles need all the support they can get to Venturi your CSF between the third and 4th ventricle.

Kruse is big on DHA/Omega3's for Electrohypersensitvity (EHS) I eat loads of seafood and have done so for a while (3+ years) and have not noticed anything significantly improving from that alone But the below study still does exist. So we all up in that high DHA seafood anyway 👍 (aside from the GAZILLION of other reasons why its a great idea to eat more seafood)

The Birth of a Myth: How Two Programmers Invented Ocean Acidification by Jonathan Cohler The Accidental Paper In the summer of 2003, two researchers at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory submitted a manuscript to *Nature* about something almost no one cared about: injecting liquid carbon dioxide into the deep sea as a climate management strategy. The deep-sea research was a sideshow, a comparative baseline. But Nature’s editors saw something they liked better in the supplementary calculations — a projected decline in surface ocean pH derived from a general circulation model — and asked the authors to scrap the deep-ocean sequestration work and make those surface numbers the story. The authors obliged. On September 25, 2003, Nature published “Anthropogenic carbon and ocean pH” by Ken Caldeira and Michael E. Wickett. It ran to exactly one page. Its subtitle declared: “The coming centuries may see more ocean acidification than the past 300 million years.” That single page launched one of the most consequential scientific myths of the twenty-first century. It generated over two thousand citations. It provided the bedrock claim — surface ocean pH had fallen from 8.2 to 8.1 since pre-industrial times and would fall further — beneath every subsequent “ocean acidification” headline, documentary, IPCC chapter, and regulatory filing. It became, in the words of one sympathetic account, the paper that “helped coin the term ocean acidification.” What it did not do was measure anything. What it could not do, by definition, was report a physical fact. The global ocean pH that the paper proclaimed does not exist. It cannot exist. And the two men who produced it were not equipped by training or method to know the difference. The Authors Ken Caldeira was born in 1960 and took his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Rutgers. He spent the 1980s as a software developer before entering graduate school. He received his Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences in 1991 from the New York University Department of Applied Science. He is not a physicist. He has never taken a graduate course in thermodynamics. His training is in numerical modeling of atmospheric and ocean-atmosphere systems, with prior work focused primarily on carbon cycle box models and the geochemistry of deep time. Caldeira was then a consultant for the Department of Energy, studying the potential for burying carbon emissions in the deep sea and how that might affect ocean pH. The 2003 paper was a byproduct of that contract work. His co-author, Michael E. Wickett, was listed from the Center for Applied Scientific Computing at Lawrence Livermore. The name of the center is the entirety of his relevant credential. Wickett was a computational scientist, a code runner in the specialized language of numerical modeling. His public academic record is essentially blank. He appears in the literature only when attached to Caldeira’s projects. Between them, Caldeira and Wickett held not a single academic credential in physics or thermodynamics. They were a philosopher turned software developer turned atmospheric modeler, and a computational support specialist. The paper they produced would have required, to be physically valid, a rigorous command of equilibrium thermodynamics, the statistical mechanics of heterogeneous aqueous systems, and the formal theory of measurement. They had none of these. What They Actually Did The technical content of the paper is brief and can be stated plainly. Caldeira and Wickett forced the LLNL ocean general circulation model with observed atmospheric pCO2 from 1975 to 2000 and with CO2 emissions from the IPCC IS92a scenario from year 2000 to 2100. They fed atmospheric CO2 records into a model, solved local-equilibrium carbonate equations at model grid points, and compiled the outputs. continued The full story: claude.ai/public/artifac…

Everyone should read what the Israeli military did to journalist Amal Khalil today in this minute-by-minute account as the international community watched in horror. First the text messages threatening her then trapping her and a photographer in a house then bombing them then firing on international rescue crews, all with the world watching in real time. There are no words left for the horrors that U.S. political leaders are enabling.

🚨BREAKING🚨Israeli forces are now issuing direct death threats to Lebanese journalists on WhatsApp as well as besieging them. Al-Akhbar correspondent @AmalKhalil83, who has been documenting the devastation across southern Lebanon, received these messages from an Israeli number (+972 54-869-5113): “We know where you are… we will reach you… leave if you want to keep your head on your shoulders.” First message: “Alright, my lady, you are moving from one village to another, but you still haven’t gone to enough funerals or hospitals. There is a lot of grief & sorrow behind that smile you try to show on Twitter. Let’s see what your answer will be… Is your house still standing, Anisa (Miss)? I hope so?” Second message: “We know where you are & we will reach you when the time comes. Even though you are not important to us, in the end we will take everything into account. I suggest you flee to Qatar or somewhere else if you want to keep your head connected to your shoulders :)” This is not intimidation. This is the IDF issuing an explicit death threat to a journalist for covering their crimes. At the same time, Israeli forces besieged Amal al-Khalil & journalist Zeinab Faraj in al-Tayri, blocking the Red Cross & Lebanese Army from reaching them. They were in a delegate vehicle when a drone strike hit a vehicle behind them, killing two people. Both journalists were trapped at the scene. Amal contacted the Red Cross before her phone died. Her last message confirmed she was still safe. Rescue teams still cannot reach the two besieged journalists, Amal al-Khalil & Zeinab Faraj. They are just 500 meters away, but the road has been cut off by an Israeli strike, according to Red Cross paramedics. This is targeting journalists in real time. This is a crime. Pure state terrorism against the press.

UK Jewish MP: "Israel acting like Nazis in Gaza" "Israel was born out of Jewish Terrorism - Tzipi Livni's Father was a Terrorist" Astonishing claims in the House of Parliament. SIR Gerald Kaufman, the veteran Labour MP, compared the actions of Israeli troops in Gaza to the Nazis who forced his family to flee Poland. During a Commons debate on the fighting in Gaza, he urged the government to impose an arms embargo on Israel. Sir Gerald, who was brought up as an orthodox Jew and Zionist, said: "My grandmother was ill in bed when the Nazis came to her home town a German soldier shot her dead in her bed. "My grandmother did not die to provide cover for Israeli soldiers murdering Palestinian grandmothers in Gaza. The present Israeli government ruthlessly and cynically exploits the continuing guilt from gentiles over the slaughter of Jews in the Holocaust as justification for their murder of Palestinians." He said the claim that many of the Palestinian victims were militants "was the reply of the Nazi" and added: "I suppose the Jews fighting for their lives in the Warsaw ghetto could have been dismissed as militants." He accused the Israeli government of seeking "conquest" and added: "They are not simply war criminals, they are fools." This was in 2009 when the truth could still be spoken in the UK Parliament

The sad truth is that Indians have hijacked American tech and American Fortune 500 companies. They have also built a money funnel siphoning off US government funds/the tax payer. Indian CEOs support the pipeline direct to India, and Indians in HR/Management get kickbacks from shell companies who provide Indians with fake credentials. They have no allegiance to the US, and the fallout hasn’t just destroyed American Engineering, it’s caused National Security to be built on a foundation of foreigners that are in charge of systems they have no background in (Indians), or spies (Chinese). It has caused leakage of national secrets. Don’t fool yourself - it’s ongoing. It’s not enough to just ban H1B and H4 (what they give their wives jobs with), everyone must be SENT HOME, and outsourcing MUST be tariffed so extreme that it would force American hires. Where were you when American ingenuity died in plain view?

This is a picture of my grandfather with his parents and siblings, taken in Jerusalem in 1934. My Christian family lived in Jerusalem continuously since the time of Jesus, and our family tree that we have today can trace our roots back to around 1400 in Palestine, though it goes much further than we can track. Until 1948, when Zionist terrorists ethnically cleansed them from their city, stole their home, personal belongings, clothes, documents, books, money, and properties… and turned them into refugees overnight. Today, NONE of my family lives in Jerusalem. ZERO. Not a single one. And that is because of Israel, not Muslims.

Scientists just built a delivery system that drops HEALTHY MITOCHONDRIA directly into sick cells — and it rescued dying neurons. As a medical school professor, I've argued for years that mitochondrial dysfunction sits at the root of chronic disease. This Nature paper moves the argument from theory to therapy. The system is MitoCatch. Built by Botond Roska's team at IOB Basel, it uses protein binders to target donor mitochondria to specific diseased cells. What they showed: - Donor mitochondria fuse with the native network and function normally - Rescued retinal ganglion cells from an LHON patient - Improved neuronal survival after optic nerve crush in mice - No detectable immune response If giving a cell fresh mitochondria rescues it from death, the broken mitochondria were the disease. Not a symptom. The cause. Parkinson's. Alzheimer's. Heart failure. Different labels. Same ground zero — the mitochondrion. 96 licensed doctors just got charged with stealing $14.6 billion from Medicare using AI-generated voice recordings of patients who never gave consent. Not scam artists. Not some overseas fraud ring. 96 American doctors with medical degrees and active licenses. They used artificial intelligence to generate fake voice recordings of patients "consenting" to receive medical equipment that was never manufactured, never shipped, and never delivered. Fake urinary catheters. Fake braces. Fake medical devices billed to your tax dollars at full retail price. One single scheme. $14.6 billion. From Medicare, which is funded by the payroll taxes taken from your check every two weeks. The equipment companies sent paperwork to Medicare showing patient consent. The consent was AI-generated audio. The patients never made a phone call. Never spoke to anyone. Never received anything. $14.6 billion in fake invoices processed and paid before anyone noticed. For context, NASA's entire annual budget is $25 billion. 96 doctors stole more than half of NASA's budget through fake voice recordings. This is not new. This is the system operating as designed. Federal prosecutors estimate that 10% of all Medicare spending is fraudulent. That's roughly $80 billion per year in taxpayer money that goes to people and companies billing for services that never happened. The government just created a national anti-fraud task force. They're offering whistleblowers 30% rewards for exposing fraud. They estimate $250-$500 billion in total annual taxpayer fraud across all government programs. The companies building fraud detection infrastructure are the clearest beneficiaries: Palantir (PLTR). Already has CMS contracts for healthcare fraud analytics. The executive order guarantees expanded government spending on exactly the type of data surveillance platform they build. When the government needs to find $500 billion in fraud, it needs software to do it. UnitedHealth (UNH). Owns Optum, which processes the data for a quarter of all US healthcare transactions. They benefit from fraud crackdowns because fraudulent providers drive up costs across the entire system. When fake claims disappear, legitimate claims become more profitable. Veeva Systems (VEEV). Builds compliance and data tracking infrastructure for the healthcare industry. When regulatory scrutiny increases, companies spend more on compliance software. HCA Healthcare (HCA). The largest non-PE hospital operator. Every fraudulent provider that gets shut down sends patients to legitimate facilities. HCA has returned 1,200% since 2011 and picks up market share every time the system gets cleaned up. For broader healthcare disruption exposure: Hims & Hers (HIMS), which bypasses the insurance system entirely and just surged 25% after HHS cleared 12 new peptides for direct-to-consumer use. Amazon delivering prescriptions same-day. Cost Plus Drugs at manufacturing cost plus 15%. The healthcare system loses $80 billion a year to fraud. That's not waste. That's theft. And the tools being built to stop it are a multi-decade investment thesis that nobody in retail is talking about. every week i break down the institutional moves behind healthcare, fraud detection, and the money flows nobody covers on TV. former banker. felixfriends.org/live (96 doctors stole $14.6 billion from medicare using AI-generated fake patient consent recordings. the equipment was never made. never shipped. never delivered. billed at full price. for context thats more than half of nasa's entire budget. the government estimates $80 billion in medicare fraud per year. they just built a task force and are paying whistleblowers 30% of whatever they find. 96 doctors.
