Intent: Culture and Character
Year 4 had great fun today roaming around Arbeia Roman Fort in South Shields. We learned so much about daily life as a Roman soldier and about how important the site was to the Roman Empire.

Y3 Kestrels Intent: Culture & Challenge
The sun shone on Y3’s trip to Rising Sun Country Park today. We learned how to thresh wheat and cooked our own bread on an open fire, and showed great teamwork to build dens. Stone Age life was challenging but Kestrels enjoyed their day!
