Overpaying for AI tools to generate 2D stickman and 3D animation videos is killing your margins. It limits how many channels you can actually scale. So on Flokan we let users bring their own API keys instead of overpaying for AI credits. We kept this quiet for a while. Honestly we thought it would be too disruptive. But now that 5-man teams are running 30+ 2D stickman channels through Flokan, it's time to show you why these channels are popping up everywhere. Besides all the project management tools to streamline your workflows and track your team with KPIs, there's more... Our "vo-to-images" feature generates endless 2D stickman or 3D animation videos for a fraction of what other tools charge for ai credits. Actually, we don't charge you anything for it. And it keeps character + scene consistency throughout your entire video. Here's how it works: 1: Upload your voiceover → Flokan transcribes it → pick your art style 2: Our AI detects characters in your script and creates them for you. Full character consistency throughout. You have full control + option for manual intervention at every step of the process. 3: Your script gets chopped into segments. Sentences get split up. Our AI then decides how many images fit your video. Again, full control. Now the fun part... 4: Generate all images + videos with a few clicks. Check the video below to see it in action 👀 We just invited 300 more from our waitlist onto Flokan. Were you one of them?

@AgencyFlaw53490 Depends on the size of your team. For smaller teams (up to 5 people), the Small Team plan should be suitable. For bigger teams, Scale plan is more suitable :)

@AgencyFlaw53490 Nano Banana Pro/2 for images (meaning, Google/Gemini API key usually although e.g. fal.ai integration is also coming). For animations Grok or Hailuo usually work quite well.

@HFSP13 Yes, you have your own API subscriptions outside of Flokan, but you can use those on our site instead of paying us for AI credits

okay so @wizofyt and I spent the last many months asking one question: "why is managing a content team still this painful in 2025/2026?" we mass-interviewed faceless creators... same answers. every time. → scattered expensive tools → drowning while trying to manage permissions across each tool → no automations → chaos that eats 10+ hours/week → the tools don't talk to each other 1000+ hours later, we built Flokan. beta waitlist is open

managing content across 10 tools is killing your channel growth. not the algorithm. not the content quality. the chaos that eats up your time from what really matters. here's what we see faceless creators dealing with: → drowning in endless Google Docs links → thumbnails saved in Canva projects or lost in chat threads → video reviews in Frame . io → tasks scattered across Notion, Trello, Asana → files buried in Dropbox or Drive → team permissions fragmented everywhere and you're probably overpaying $1k+/month for all of it. we built Flokan to fix this. once and for all. video-content focused kanban boards. one card per video. script, thumbnail review, video feedback, revisions, files → all synced in one place. discord-style roles for your team. your editor sees what they need. your VA doesn't touch what they shouldn't. no-code automations so you're not manually doing repetitive tasks and pinging people. built-in cloud storage. no more "which folder was that in?" or “can you please give me access to this file?” we're opening beta waitlist today at flokan.com link in bio, first come, first served

man, it’s not about making a quick buck tbh it’s not a problem to hit $30–50k+ per month with YTA but the problem is to stay at a good level and consistently grow and it’s the mistake what I saw in many guys the majority here want to make as much as possible with as little effort as possible - they are cooked short-term thinking, no skills, no compound effect you can run short-term and risky niches, but it should be only a part of your portfolio 2026 is the year of diversity: multiple formats, niches, styles, etc never put all eggs in one basket the same with channels... it’s much better to have 10 channels making $10k per month than one channel making $100k/mo but that’s where bottlenecks come in you can’t run dozens of channels by yourself steadily ideally, you want to remove yourself as much as possible from operational stuff but 99% of people don’t know how to do it the right way and usually they get lost in a variety of tools team management, quality control, team knowledge databases, SOPs but most importantly - automations, to make your content pipeline literally work for you but it’s hard in a sea of tools, so honestly, no blame but burning entire days on $3/hour work stuff that doesn’t make you money is exactly what’s holding most of you back so we gathered multiple advanced people in the industry and had a brainstorm “how can we streamline all processes AND save 80–90% of backend costs at the same time?” and after spending literally 1,000+ hours on this over the last months we cooked: flokan.com all-in-one tool deliberately crafted for faceless youtube and any content teams for now, we’re accepting beta users to help make it even better join the waitlist on the website and we’re gonna build something special in this community
