@GetMoov I ordered my HR monitor in May and haven't received it yet. The tracking details haven't been updated since May 11th. The carrier says they did not receive the package to ship it further. Your customer service doesn't answer any of my e-mails!

@GetMoov Went out earlier and my ankle MOOV kept shutting off. 4 times so turned the app off since it wasn’t working. Was fine the last time I used it (Saturday). Checked to see if it was a firmware issue but the app said it was up to date but there is something wrong
