@fedellahsHearse Hi Kelvin. It sounds like you're trying to purchase multiple plans on the same giffgaff account which isn't possible on our network. What you'll need to do is create a different account for each plan you purchase, and have each SIM on a separate account - giffgaff Mark

@giffgaff @JW61130 I wanted to buy 3 x plans just now. Its let me do one and each subsequent one is just telling me ive ordered a new sim and I can pick a plan when they arrive. Is there a reason I can't just add several plans to a basket and check out? same payment details etc..

@JW61130 Hello there, SIMs are sent via standard mail, so unfortunately, we are unable to track their delivery progress. SIMs can take up to 5 working days to arrive within the UK/EU and up to 10 working days (excluding weekends) to arrive outside the UK/EU. - giffgaff Ann
