@giffgaff ported in 24/4/26 but cannot send or receive texts or receive phone calls, although I can call out. You have charged me 1st month's fee but I can't do anything. Agent suggests trying different phone; don't have one. Need to speak to a human being asap.

@BBC surely it's time to retire that old BBC2 teatime space filler, Flog it! Some episodes date back to 2014 and production ceased in 2017. Come on, Paul Martin must have had other work by now?

@Plusnet We are a Plusnet broadband customer; no landline and need our primary Openreach master socket removed for fitting of shutters in window reveal. Our Plusnet service connects via a 2nd Mk4 master socket that is a slave of the first. Please advise. Thx.

@PayPal I resent bitterly having to honour a Pay in three agreement to pay for unsuitable goods I rejected on delivery and which were returned, without refund. Return was responsibility of seller and shipper, not me.
