Our school had to fundraise to buy books for our library because Ford’s cruel cuts to education means schools are struggling to purchase basic supplies. This isn’t right. It shouldn’t fall on families to crowdsource $$ for books. That’s why we pay taxes!! #onted

There’s something special about walking into a Scholastic Book Fair. The excitement of finding the perfect book never gets old. Visiting Nokiidaa Public School brought back memories of circling wish-list books. Some things haven’t changed and neither has the power of a good book.

Really? Can you not figure out that anyone comparing Vancouver to Toronto is a rage baiter. I live in Vancouver Vancouver did a great job. Did a great job. Nobody cares - nobody’s competing. If that’s all you took from the World Cup then dig a little deeper. There are a lot of beautiful things happening with the World Cup. A lot of lessons to learn and be learned.
