After thinking it through, SpaceX Starlink will provide emergency services access for mobile phones for people in distress for free. This applies worldwide, subject to approval by country governments. Can’t have a situation where someone dies because they forgot or were unable to pay for it.

My observation on historical VC adoption of new tech
- blackberry ==>iphone (3+ years after launch, 2011/2012)
-Ethernet wire==> WiFi (4+ years after launch, 2005/2006)

I know that I’m going to lean in.
Sure, many investors focus on companies that solve pain points today. But if you have a secret about a world / market that doesn’t exist yet, that’s a rare glimpse into the future. I'd be lucky to invest in that.

@anshublog ChatGPT is unstoppable..If consumer employee wants to be productive, denial is not a good strategy. I have personally seen companies tried to stop iPhone and rogue wifi and they totally failed.
