I feel this law school grading system is doing such a disservice to the mental health of bar finalists, Omo, they way law firms hold this grade of a thing in such high esteem!!, people are more valuable than their grade, why don't you give people a fair trial ?

When I got to law school, people didn’t even know whether I was smart or not. The moment they heard my surname “IJAODOLA,” they just assumed I was a bookworm.
That alone kept me on my feet because of the expectations and all.
Then I posted on X and people were already assuring me of a First Class… for work way na me go do ? 😭
I just had to keep working hard, over and over again.
Then we started Trailblazers weekly tests and I was topping then. That made people believe even more that I was smart.
But those tests actually helped me a lot—because I wanted to keep topping, so I kept reading and reading.

If you did not get your desired grade at NLS, don’t be too sad about it. It’s fine to grieve.
Thankfully, law is one of those professions where success is not defined solely by grades. Your skills, networking, continued education, consistency and personal development matters.🤗

Did the university at any point find you guilty for exam malpractice or any offence which is against the Code of conduct? If no that’s your answer.
