@Se_Railway Where is the 12.04 bus from Whitstable to Faversham - we are waiting here and now and now it says it’s departed - but we are all here

@Se_Railway Between last night and this morning I have spent over 6 hours on trains……and I’m not even half way to work……….

@GoogieWithers Apologies, due to the line blockage between Gillingham and Sittingbourne trains and the scheduled crews are not as planned, we are working hard to get everyone where they need to be and the service running as best as possible ^VC

@Se_Railway It’s taken two hours to go from Whitstable to Rainham…….we are now sitting on a train ……and there’s no guard…………I could weep ………….

@Se_Railway The boards at Whitstable keep showing that there are trains running straight through to Victoria…..why in Gods name can you not get this basic stuff right………..

@Se_Railway Apparently we have been left to rot in Faversham station……no one talking to us……….we are just sitting here hoping vainly that you will get us home………..but that is not happening…………

@Se_Railway This has been the WORST journey I have had on Southeastern…….station staff not capable of passing on basic information……so I offered to do it for them….its not hard……you talk to people and tell them the truth………….but apparently too hard for the Faversham station staff

@Se_Railway We have been stuck on a train at Faversham for nearly an hour…….crap communication…..staff not willing to engage with customers so they just ignored us……poor…..

Finally after HOURS of delay I might make it home…….

faversham station staff too frightened to tell customers on the train that the the guard was still not there……poor poor poor………I said I would tell everyone……..do you want to employ me as a guard as I appear to be able to do it better than your current staff……

@Se_Railway Shocking service tonight………..hours to get home……staff not available……………

@Se_Railway Guard is going to be with us in……..oh 15 minutes……..what deep joy………….love spending so much of my money on such a shite service……..

@Se_Railway We are currently sat at Faversham…..not going anywhere as we have no guard…..we all just want to go home after being delayed for hours………can something be done?….or do we have to wait for impending death to put is out of this misery………..

@Se_Railway It would be amazing if you as a train company could deliver us home…………….we’ve only been on this train for what feels like a decade……….i think we are all making plans to have a sleepover in Faversham Station….oh what fun………..

@Se_Railway Can you please advise as to when the replacement bus from Faversham to Whitstable will arrive please………as the Faversham train ended at 23.30……..taxis are quoting 35 pounds and there is no bus to be seen…….
