National Champion 🏆 🏆 Anthonett Nabwe has won the women’s weight throw national title with a personal-best of 25.13m (82-5.5 ft). The mark is the fourth best in NCAA history for the event and she becomes the second Gopher woman to take home a national championship!

Great start to the day for the 'U' in the men's hammer throw! Anthony Barmes won with a throw of 72.06m (236-5 ft) while Angelos Mantzouranis placed 2nd with a toss of 69.86m (229-2 ft). Pavlos Tzamtis took 4th at 64.08m (210-3 ft) and Jordan Dunigan was 7th (60.10m/197-2 ft).
