A U.S. Navy F-14D Tomcat Might Return to the Skies Thanks to Congress’ “Maverick Act”
Three U.S. Navy F-14D Tomcats would be transferred to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center Commission in Huntsville, Alabama, and one might be made flyable again, following the approval of the “Maverick Act.”

This is beyond bizarre. A sitting VP of the USA attacking our close allies in Europe (you know, those bureaucrats in Brussels!) in a stump speech for a self-described illiberal politician that has the support of Putin. The Republican Party I grew up with would cringe at any American politician doing this, let alone a Republican!

New Penn-Wharton study shows per-capita federal spending on each age group:
Seniors: $43,700
Children and young adults: $4,300.
Clearly, the answer is to eliminate the FICA cap, use all "tax-the-rich" revenues on more SocSec & Medicare costs, and push that ratio to 15:1. 🙄
