Dat de opa van @lidewij_devos Wim Rietdijk was, is iets waar Lidewij trots op mag zijn. Deze dappere intellectueel was een de meest intelligentie mensen die ik ooit heb ontmoet. Iemand die wars was van ieder taboe en als geen ander rustig en rationeel uiteen kon zetten wat het belang was van IQ en -jawel- genetica. Ik weet niet of ik het met zijn rigide denkpatroon overal eens kon zijn. Het overtuigde rationalisme van Wim grensde aan religie.
