@NHYouthMovement Out-of-state students shouldn't be voting in our elections. You want to vote like adults, you vote absentee in your home state.

36 hours. Evading capture inside Iran while Iranian forces actively searched the area. A firefight to bring him out. The system that absorbed four aircraft in one day to find one person worked. The A-10 that flew Sandy and took fire. The two Pave Hawks that were hit and kept flying. The PJs with the 80% washout rate who trained for exactly this moment. The HC-130J flying low over Khuzestan in the dark. Senator Duckworth said it yesterday from her own experience of going down behind enemy lines: "I'm grateful for those risking their lives to look for the one who remains missing." He is no longer missing. CENTCOM confirmation pending. But if Murphy's sourcing holds, and his sourcing on special operations holds, the WSO is coming home. That Others May Live. 🕊️

For the better part of the past two decades, I've said we should use the same UNH System rules for voting that determine in-state or out-of-state tuition. And at one point, pre 2010, I think, someone proposed a bill that would use voting to determine tuition status. If they were allowed to vote here, UNH had to charge them in-state tuition. If I recall, they came out in force to oppose that.

@GraniteGrok I worked at UNH for 25 years. The voting fraud was blatant.

@ImpossibleBob @GraniteGrok We're talking about residence, not citizenship. It's fairly consistent that a student's legal residence is their parents house, not their campus housing. We've been allowing them to flip this for the purposes of voting, which we shouldn't.

IAN UNDERWOOD: Look Deeper "The reason we’re not still part of Great Britain — and the reason we have a country that is (on paper, at least) grounded in the ideas of rights and consent — is that the founders decided that it was more important to focus on what was necessary, than on what seemed possible...." granitegrok.com/national/2026/…

@GraniteGrok The question is going to be: will places like Hanover/Lebanon or Keene respect the law, or will they simply ignore it?

@GraniteGrok It's disappointing that the clause limiting the user of out of state IDs was removed. This would have, in most circumstances, forced out of state students to get NH id as required if they're claiming residency for voting purposes. As passed, this really doesn't change much.

Gov. Ayotte signed HB323- Student ID can no longer be used as ID to vote in New Hampshire. Long time coming. The left will lose what passes for its hive mind, and likely sue, but it is a waste of time. No student voting right has been obstructed. They can vote by mail (absentee) using the address on their driver's license; It's the same address to which the out-of-state college tuition bill is sent. They always could, and now they should. gc.nh.gov/bill_status/pd…

My favorite thing about this excellent job growth news for March 2026 is not that we are seeing increases in manufacturing, logging, mining, construction, transportation, and warehousing. Those make me happy, but not as much as the fact that we added 178K new jobs, while cutting or losing thousands of government jobs. This growth is in actual jobs, not the Obama/Biden era. "Look, we are pretending we added 150K jobs (in the government)," which are a net drain on the economy.
Heather Long@byHeatherLong

The great news in the March jobs report is the +178,000 job gains that came across a variety of industries. Yes, healthcare still led the way with +76k job gains (~43%) But you can see the gains across many others as well Construction +26k Manufacturing +15k Retail +10k Transport/warehouse +21k Hospitality +44k

Would anyone be surprised to one day find out that Democrats were not just gender bending kids to neuter them out of the gene pool, but also to create trans-shooters to advance gun bans? I'm sure it was a happy accident for them at first, but now that everyone knows...
