Buy backs for $GP has resumed. There is now $300,000 in USD1 for backdated buy backs which will be deployed retroactively in a defensive capacity to help protect the token from further large sell pressure. All new revenue will now be placed into a DCA via Jup that executes every 3 days. From the last 3 days of revenue alone, we have already deployed $21,000 in USD1 into buybacks starting today. All tokens acquired via revenue buy backs will be burnt as normal.

Treasury & Buyback Update: Over the last 30 days, the Graphite ecosystem has generated over $2.2M in revenue, continuing to grow market share and strengthen the platform. While automated buybacks are still being finalized following recent upgrades, the treasury has remained active. At current market levels, which we believe doesn't reflect the current reality of the business, Recently the team has purchased 600,000 $GP OTC from whales who wanted out of the project at an average price of $0.32/$GP. Today, Graphite holds approximately: 1. More liquid cash than current circulating marketcap which can be used to fuel growth and make sure we can survive for years to come. 2. Millions more in GP tokens accumulated via buybacks 3. A rapidly growing revenue base driven by platform adoption Our priority remains long-term value creation: reinvesting profits intelligently, strengthening the treasury, increasing GP ownership of the ecosystem, and continuing buybacks as systems finalize. Graphite is officially resuming strategic token buybacks. We’ll be deploying capital discretionarily, with a long-term mindset aimed fully at aligning protocol value with holders. This is the first step in a broader framework tied to real revenue. Importantly, the treasury has approved additional capital for buybacks should GP continue to trade materially below our internal view of long-term value. Deployment will remain opportunistic and disciplined. We’re building a business. Now we start returning value.

We’ve been in the lab behind the scenes for a while now, working on a full revamp of @bonkfun. This update opens the door to a lot of new opportunities. One of the most impactful changes under the hood is a complete overhaul of creator rewards and how we realize fees from claims postmigration. The revamped codebase now allows us to claim and realize USD1 only, instead of USD1 + an SPL token. This change cleanly isolates fee claims away from the LP itself, making LPs much stronger and preventing fees from being exposed to compounding effects which a huge difference for creators on @bonkfun. And this is just part one of a much larger series of updates we have lined up. It’s been a busy few months. 🫡

Before the update, creator fees were claimed directly from Raydium LP positions and then distributed. Because Raydium auto-compounds LP fees, this meant creators were indirectly exposed to how the DEX mechanics worked. Creators also received fees as a 50/50 split between USD1 and the SPL token for their comp. Additionally, since we were actively claiming from LP positions, those claimed fees were no longer compounding inside the pool, which theoretically made LPs slightly weaker over time. With the update we shipped yesterday, fees are now completely isolated from LPs. We no longer touch or claim any LP positions on new migrations, allowing liquidity to compound fully and grow stronger. Because of that Creators now receive 100% of their fees in USD1 only, instead of a 50/50 split between USD1 and "X coin" which means if a creator is owed $5000, they're getting paid $5000 USD1 with no other dynamics at play. The same change applies to protocol fees on our end.

To address some of the questions we have been getting over the past few weeks. 1st and foremost, we are glad to see the recent uptick in revenue and volume on @bonkfun. This is Graphite’s sole focus at the moment, and we are excited to see some of the reactions to things we have been working on with our partners. The main question we have been getting is around buybacks, so let’s make this absolutely clear. 7.6% of all revenue from bonk fun is currently earmarked for buybacks of $GP, this has not changed, but it's also true that we have not been actively deploying these buybacks on the market for the last month. So just for the sake of clarity, all funds accumlated in the last month will be retroactively deployed into buying $GP as well as any revenue generated from this point forward. We are aware that the $GP website has become a little outdated. We will work on updating it and making changes to ensure tracking happens in real time and is fully automated. This will be released after the next set of platform updates, as those are our priority. We are excited to start 2026 strong, and we feel it will be our best year yet as both a platform and a company. More to come. 🍾

We have already had a total of 5 teams reach out since yesterday asking whether we can help their protocol through strategic acquirement or by lending resources. Resources are limited and if we take on anything new it has to be something with strong potential to generate meaningful revenue and direct cash into the protocol and the token and something we are confident we can genuinely add value to. There are some very interesting proposals and targets on the table and we are excited to keep growing the protocol and its cash flow and to make GP a household name. In the growth stage 🫡

It’s been awesome seeing people who previously left the project coming back. Since we keep getting questions like “what did I miss?”, here’s a quick rundown 👇 Emissions: now fully delta neutral and EV positive A lot changed after many people left: • We upgraded emissions so the staking contract can’t emit more than we buy. Period. • That means 0 dilution for GP holders. • If revenue goes crazy again, we can speedrun emissions and finish them very quickly while making sure that every dollar we emit has a marginal dollar being bought back. This is the first truly dynamic emissions design we’ve seen live. - Growing the protocol through distressed assets We are actively: • Hunting distressed assets that we know we can fix or level up. • Using our resources and playbook to take over and plug them into our ecosystem. • Adding more underlying value to the protocol, which means more value accrual for GP. We have already submitted a proposal to acquire @AdrenaProtocol (perps DEX), and there are more targets lined up if this one does not go through. - New communications team member: We’ve brought on a new communications team member: @MilstGuga You can ping or spam them for updates so the rest of the team can stay focused on building. - @LiveBonk is back @LiveBonk has been restarted with launches like: @mysticdao @DabbaNetwork These launches benefit holders through: • Allocations • Sometimes airdrops • Additional revenue for the protocol BONK Live is an ICM division we ran long before @bonkfun, with proof of history behind it, so this is not some new meta we are suddenly pivoting into. Right now the $GP team is focused on what we do best: building. Huge changes to @bonkfun are on the way. We are running it back, but this time with improved fundamentals at the token level and a more robust, value accruing structure for holders.

We have acquired another $15,000 USDC worth of $GP for the $GP Strategic Reserve at an average price of $0.36 per $GP. The Strategic Reserve consists of tokens bought on the open market, separate from buybacks, reflecting our belief in the long-term future of the token.

On top of the $600,000 DCA we placed earlier, we are strategically building a $GP reserve and acquiring more tokens from market. We have just acquired $15,000 USDC worth of tokens at an average cost of $0.41/ $GP as the first contribution to the strategic reserve. We are confident in the future direction of $GP and are going to continue to strategically deploy capital to have aligned incentives with token holders.
