@nekaishi It’s a good. It got my wife into the anime. After the first season she said she really wanted to see what else happened, and now we are completely caught up. We are enjoying the second season so far too.

I hate that I'm saying this, and I know there are things that could have been better in the show but... Guys, Netflix is cooking with this show I would be incredibly delighted to watch 12 seasons of this live-action and follow along the journey of the cast over the next 15-20 years building it I genuinely think this could end up being one of the greatest shows of all time. I know it's not the anime! But if you go into it expecting the anime, you'll be disappointed. Go in expecting a slightly different interpretation and appreciate it for what it is, and I think you really will have a lot of fun—this show is bordering on once-in-a-lifetime in my opinion

Imagine a Pokemon game where you start in Kanto and travel through 6 regions, ending in Kalos. Kanto ->Johto -> Hoenn -> Sinnoh -> Unova -> Kalos After completing each region, you must lock in one Pokemon from that journey. By the time you reach Kalos, you’ll have 6 locked Pokemon… And that becomes your final battle team. Your entire adventure decides your champion squad. The final battle? Professor Oak - who became a professor after completing the Pokedex and catching every Pokemon from every region.

@sciencegirl I miss rental stores. Every other weekend my dad would take my brother and I to pick out a new game. I tried a lot of games I would’ve never tried. Also, while it’s convenient, pre/early internet/pre smart phones was nice in its own way.
