@RandomLDS We understand your frustration when it seems like people aren't waiting for their turn at the salon. Please note that customers who use the Online Check-In option are placed on the same wait list as walk-in customers, but likely used the wait time to travel to the salon.

If you check in online at @GreatClips and they take the people who walked in before you without an appointment, then why bother checking in?

@GreatClips Dont open new locations if you dont have professionals trained enough. I showed a very clear picture of my son how I want his hairs and she literally made him bald. A midle schooler cried like anything after seeing himself almost bald. Verify your professinals timely.

Follow up. Not a single person waiting. 2 stylist walking around for 5 min. Then a check in person comes in and snow he’s waiting too. They will take him first I’m sure but this is not good customer service.

@GreatClips it’s funny how online check in doesn’t really create much value by checking in online but does punish walk in. I stopped going to Sport clips because of the online check in crap. Glad you think it helps. If someone’s willing to do that they would be coming anyway.
