Great share, Ron. Except for point No. 6, which is unattainable for me now, I relate to and follow everything else to the T. Better to start late than never. I would add one more to the list, though. Pay it forward, educate the people who still have point No. 6 in their favour. I do that unashamedly, to the lady who helps at our house, our family barber, the driver who delivers cakes as part of my wife's home business... the list goes on. My reasoning is... I started late because there was no one to guide me. That shoulnd't be the reason why they started late too. Much weekend love to you and your family and your mindset. You think only retail investors have FOMO? Many fund managers of Indian mutual funds have more FOMO than retail investors. Clearly visible from the recent buying pattern.

OTT is definitely the way to go. You invest in a big screen Tv and a couple of OTT platforms and voila, you can watch movies at your own pace, fast forward and slow relevant parts, how many ever times you want. For several years now, my mantra has been to watch only tentpole movies in theatre, and the rest from the comfort of my home. I think that’s the general trend now.

Post-COVID, It looks like people are watching movies more on OTT rather than in theatres. This is clearly visible in the earnings of businesses like PVR and UFO. Or is it due to a lack of big-budget movies?

Started investing profits from a newly discovered revenue stream solely into #ITC stock. Reason is to build a more or less stable portfolio in ITC with an eye on its strong dividend prospects.
