Great evening delivering a talk to parents & caregivers at the monthly Torfaen meeting held by parent/carer support group REACH at a local pub in Torfaen.

Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Allta had their their 3rd time out with Stronger Roots in Penallta Parc. This time we had warm sunshine and the children made clay monsters, talked about each others' superpowers, and worked as a team in the spiders web. A wonderful day with wonderful children

Fabulous networking event at Rodney Parade with inspiring talks raising awareness about men's mental health in rugby. We shared our vision to support sports clubs to help them to create the conditions needed for children to thrive - with prevention at the heart 💙
