An unexpected silver lining of the ongoing once-in-a-generation economic crisis in Nigeria is that except they belong to the 0.01% and don't intend to work in Nigeria afterward, kids no longer expect to get their 1st degree outside Nigeria because the exchange rate has made it completely unfeasible. This has created an unprecedented market opportunity for high quality (private) university solutions in Nigeria. In my time, it was perfectly normal and commonplace for an entire secondary school graduating class of 100 to continue straight to the UK/US/Canada as international students, most of whom would, of course, not end up returning after their 1st degree. It wasn't until much later that I clocked that getting a Bachelors degree abroad (because every single university in your country is substandard) is not a flex. Every other major developing country on earth - China, India, Malaysia, South Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam - has at least 1 or 2 world class universities that train their very best students for leadership roles within their economies. Only Nigeria for some reason, continues to lag behind even in the private space. I hope the likes of Wigwe University embrace the opportunity that the crisis is presenting to them, so that a new culture of excellence at tertiary level in Nigeria can be incubated - even if it is only available to those who can afford to go private. If it is possible to get world class primary and secondary education in Nigeria, there is no reason why world class university education should only be possible outside Nigeria.

A lot of Nigerians aren't necessarily dumb or ignorant per se. Their problem is that they live in a scripted world that doesn't actually exist. This false reality inside their heads leads them to hold some powerfully, incredibly delusional ideas. Such as the idea that if America deploy its troops on Nigerian soil, it will do so for the purpose of fighting militants and kidnappers, and making Nigeria safe for Nigerians. My reccommendation is that whatever idea you have, you need to make sure it is based on objective, rational, material evidence- not a strong belief or a feeling inside your head.
