Visiting a loved one at Highdown? Masks/face coverings are no longer required at High Down. This is for staff, prisoners, and visitors. This being said, face coverings can still be worn should you wish to do so.

Want to write to your loved one? Ensure you include their name and prison number (or DOB) on the front of the envelope, and your name and address on the back.

When sending in property the package must be: Packaged securely preferably in a box, Have the prisoners name and prison number on the front, Have the authorisation code on the front, and Have your name and return address on the back.

@HMP_HighDown how long does it take for an authorisation code, my said requested some bits 3 weeks ago. Is this a normal time to wait
