This week we were lucky enough to be connected with some amazing researchers who provided us with some rental housing data from CoStar Group Via CHFA. In the Southern Middlesex County area, the average cost for a rental unit was $2,706 for the second quarter of 2024.

@seanghio We at HOPE recognize there's a need for all types of housing in CT, but we also know that folks in different communities have different expectations of what their built environments look like. But zoning restrictions can make these variations harder to achieve, in practice.
