Henderson State University will honor six outstanding alumni at the 2026 Alumni Awards Ceremony on Friday, April 10, 2026. Honorees include Dr. Thomasena Craig ('93), John Elkins ('02), Jim Garland ('82), and Shannon Schwartz ('01). Vanna Eddington ('90) will be honored with the "H" Award, and Dani Pickens ('08) will receive the Young Alumni Award. The banquet will occur at 6:30 p.m. in the Garrison Center Grand Ballroom.
