@Halidk Alright, we're happy to hear its working again. We can't say what caused the issue, doesn't mean it's a goner immediately. Can you make sure everything is up-to-date to its latest software version via Hue App > settings > software-updates? Also if the Hue App is up to date.

@tweethue One of my light bulbs stopped working. Weirdly enough, it happened a few days after I set them up again. I was using them for a year like regular light bulbs. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you how old this one is. I bought several over the last 7 years and moved a lot.

@tweethue It works now. I removed it from the app, couldn’t add it back, killed the app, and was writing you my findings. Before I could finish, the light bulb lit up again. I was also able to add it back to the system. What happened? And what can I expect in the future? Is this a goner?

@Halidk Can you remove re-add the bulb to the Hue App? Power the bulb off for a few minutes and back on before re-adding it to the Hue App.

@tweethue Thanks for getting back so quickly. The light bulb doesn’t light up and is shown as off in the Hue app. I tried a known good ceiling lamp (both are pendant lights) -> didn’t work. Tried KG bulbs on the orig. lamp -> worked. It’s def. the bulb. Switch, no dimmer.

@Halidk Hi, thanks for reaching out. Let's see how we can help. By "stopped working", do you mean it does not power on anymore? Have you tried a different fixture/lamp? Is this bulb operated by a switch with a dimmer function? Is it installed in a fully enclosed fixture?
