@HappyBoyDesigns It's stigma comes from being explicitly derivative, thus less imaginative, and aping a recognizable image for your own gain. A lateral expression of creativity. On the other hand without fan art, we wouldn't have Sonic pregnant with Shrek vore. So yeah make more of what you like.

I’ll never understand the stigma associated with fan art as being unprofessional. Fan art is my favorite way to stay inspired when I hit an artist’s block, and it’s an even better way to build milage in your craft without feeling burnt out. Make more of what you like 🤙🏼

Had to explain why comic sans is bad in a meeting today.

To clarify, I didn’t create the LG illustrion— I wasn’t told the name of the artist behind the lady gaga illustration previously, but now I can finally give credit where it’s due! @McFlyy absolutely killed it! Seriously, out of this world illustration skills🛸

Have to admit, I was just as shocked when CR approached me w/ designing this collection, but pretty dang stoked on getting this under my belt!

It’s a shame they don’t highlight the details on these (puff printing, high density prints, embroidered details, etc.), but at least the product photos show ‘em
