Missing Endangered Person: Deputies are seeking help locating Penelope Stanley, 79, of Portland. Penelope was last seen in Portland on the afternoon of September 23, 2024, at about 1:00 p.m. Penelope is 5’ 03” tall and approximately 165 lbs. Her clothing description is unknown, but she is believed to be wearing a long sleeve shirt and pants. Penelope has gray hair and brown eyes. Penelope takes critical medications and may be acting on delusional beliefs. She is believed to be driving a dark blue 2019 Mazda CX with license plate 784 MEP. Location services last showed Penelope’s phone around 8:00 p.m. in Estacada. If you have seen Penelope, please call non-emergency dispatch at 503-629-0111.

On 06/01, deputies helped recover a bike stolen from a residence near SE Badger Creek Rd and SE 147th Ave. The bike had an air tag hidden in it which helped the owner and his father to track and update deputies of its location. The suspect was arrested for theft.
