That's the problem with plans, they change. I had just departed Winnipeg and got set for a quick charge in Morris, MB. Plugged in and I noticed I was only getting 17 kW, considerably less than advertised. So thought I'd try a different stall . First I heard the display beeping then I saw this warning. And this was my view a few hours later. Might be the Inverter disease (see reply). Late Friday estimate for repair so unlikely to make it. Next Time.


















Based on the numbers from my thought experiment. It looks like they need to work on boosting applications by POC/Women. If everyone applied proportional to the demographics and they hired solely off skills and aptitude the hired group would only be about 28% white men. The big issue is that reality is somewhere between this and the possibility that the number of applicants are so low that virtually every one of the selected class are accepted regardless of skill. which is what the public fears. A little more transparency would probably solve this. In the same vein, if the reality is closer to the numbers in my experiment couldn’t the airline just certify that they are hiring on merit and not worry about it because it’s true?
