This situation is extremely frustrating. I am unable to properly work on my game because I have been permanently banned for something that is not even related to me. I am not the only one experiencing this issue, several other users and friends of mine are facing the same problem. Your system has banned me and others for absolutely no valid reason. I do not have any alternate accounts that violated the rules in any type of way.
I am also the owner of Anime Final Quest, which is currently live on the platform, yet it feels like Roblox does not care about us developers.
I have already submitted two support tickets, and I did not even receive a ticket ID via email that. This makes the system seem extremely broken.
It has now been two days without access to Studio, making it very difficult for me to continue developing my game. This situation is genuinely disappointing... I don’t even know what to say, this is just sad.
I am simply requesting that a real staff member review my case so we can resolve this properly.
