Cancer cells feed on sugar. Cut off their supply. Lower sugar intake by cutting out all processed and fast burning sugars.

I just realized that today I am 15 years cancer free. After four bouts with cancer, a hysterectomy, 3 abdominal surgeries to remove tumors, chemo & radiation, I am blessed to still be here. #FuckCancer

One cup of chopped Red Peppers contain 3Xs the amount of Vitamin C than an Orange 🍊. Red peppers are a great source of Vitamin A which is excellent for eye health.

I don’t know exactly what triggered me today. But it’s been a really really hard day for me. It’s one of those days when the waves seem to swallow you whole and the grief just grabs you and won’t let go. 😢😢😢

There are ~ 25 trillion cells in your body. They function all on their own, second by second. You don’t have to do anything. Your body is a mini universe!! Doesn’t that blow your mind?

The day after… Love exists in the quiet places beyond the grand gestures. Love exists between the lines and words. Love exists as a constant companion within each soul’s eternal flame 🔥

Extreme weight loss is the enemy of weight loss. When you drop suddenly, then stop the diet or GLP-1 drug, the weight returns quickly. History has shown that weight comes back on sometimes even more weight. Going slow helps to build muscle, maintain your metabolism, and sets you up for healthy living.

@gnuman1979 Jamie, yes women like to receive flowers. However, the best valentines gift I received was a heart felt written letter. The flowers are gone, but I still have that letter.

Guys, we're being bamboozled. They are gouging us for flowers, bad. 6 roses, $26. So, if we don't plan and buy a gift, we're stuck.

Many people were told that sodium(salt) raised blood pressure. This is half true, only part of the story. It is actually a balance issue between potassium to sodium that raises blood pressure. The ratio needs to be 3:1 or higher (potassium:sodium). Potassium is found in vegetables, fruits (avocados), and legumes. Salt is found in processed foods. Reduce the processed food and increase the vegetables.
