When we were in Darlington we had something called a "pizza pie" for lunch and I've tried to re-create it at home!

Sunday market today along High Row and Northgate with some interesting food stalls - yet the Indoor Market remains steadfastly closed.

It's a warm, sunnyish day in Darlington town centre. The shoppers are back and most of our Gordon Ramsey inspired treacle tarts have sold.

Hoping the shoppers are back after yesterday's wash out. Only good thing about rain is that it keeps the Post House Wynd beggar at home.

Misty start to the day in Darlo town centre. Thankfully the drains coped last night so no flood water to mop up this morning in the shop.

DBC publicity refers to proposed new supermarket in town centre as "small". But the square metres given is the same as the Dolphin Centre!

@mymbletroll @BillDixonDton I suspect many think DBC will do what they want regardless of consultation.
