I really don't understand this society... A society where anything that doesn't look like you, does not deserve to be represented. Please share, and always fight for diverse games where everyone is represented. I stand by all the #gamedevelopers that make these games possible!

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you're in academia, there's a decent chance you're in a toxic workplace. There is far too much tolerance for shady behavior within academia. Commenters, back me up here: raise your hand if you've witnessed toxicity in academia.

@ZJAyres I agree with this! Unfortunately, most of the time, we don't have the power to decide. I remember going for the first time to LA, and I didn't even get the chance to visit any of it, because we arrived and left the day the conference started and ended 😓
