Ok...I need help!
I have a @HeatingYourHome app and smart thermostat.
I have had a new router installed.
I have changed the router details on the physical wall mounted control.
But I just CANNOT pair the 2 up.
I have tried.....

.......I don't have a fixed ladder. So now an engineer won't come to look at it because there is no fixed ladder. At NO stage during installation was I told a fixed ladder was a requirement for the guarantee &/or any future attendance by engineers. I'm absolutely fuming!!!!
With no thanks to @WorcsBoschCare, I'm sat at home with no heating/hot water due to my 3½ year old boiler showing a fault. Will W/Bosch send me an engineer? No. It turns out my boiler should not have been installed in my loft by one of THEIR accredited companies because......

@MorrisWayn47935 Normally the addition of sealing agents to the system water is not permitted as this can cause problems with deposits left in the H/E. In cases where all attempts to find a system micro leak have failed, Worcester Bosch Group supports the use of Fernox F4 leak sealer only. - SB

I've researched various leak sealers, preferring CT1 miracle seal over Fernox F4.
I just want to check CT1 has no adverse impact on boilers - i.e. your view is same as for Fernox F4 in your response to Chris shown above?

@HeatingYourHome how long does it take one of your reps to have the courtesy and decent to reply to a text they read on thursday last week?. Why is it I have customers having issues with a boiler less than 4 years old and a rep who clearly doesn’t give a toss..
