In YR the children learn a new poem every week thanks to the #poetrybasket @HelicopterEYFS.

@HelicopterEYFS Out of all the things I’ve tried in class, it’s helicopter stories that has had the biggest impact on giving children the confidence to speak in front of the class and inspiring them to become writers. Ive watched them at play scribing for one another. Magic.
