Habe jetzt seit 6 Monaten mich selber total schleifen lassen und aus so einer kacke raus zu kommen ist verdammt schwer aber today marks the day an dem ich das ändern werde. Hab in den letzten 6 monaten 17 KG zugenommen war nicht 1x mehr in gym, hab auch 0,0 auf meine ernährung geachtet und bin tot unglücklich. So geht das nich weiter. Goal ist wieder zurück dahin zu kommen wo ich letzen sommer war. Ma guggen was wird
