Hi @BootsUK 27/1 £10T some products available on website, not on app. 5 tries but clearly a difference in availability. I emailed customer service who haven’t replied. Website purchase meant I couldn’t add my advantage card number on. It wouldn’t let me. Can you make this fair?

@John_Dabell You’re not moaning, you are being honest. I know of several patients with cancer who were told “ I expect you have lost your appetite” but they never did! Our meals/mealtimes/occasions are things we would all miss for sure. It’s the day.

Culturally and psychologically, “not eating or drinking” is associated with: * dying * hospice * final stages * withdrawal from the world Being nil by mouth is certainly challenging my mind, body and soul. To be honest, it is existentially terrifying and after 2 months, I'm struggling every day. I've lost 3 stones in weight since being in Critical Care. Christmas, New Year and the cold weather haven't helped. All I want to do is eat and drink but this is not ever going to be a safe option for me again. I'll be writing a blog soon in this to get it off my chest. Sorry to moan!

My tent has completely flooded, and all the mattresses, blankets, and clothes are soaked.

@John_Dabell I know you won’t quit, but it’s okay to have “duvet days” - is that still a saying? I don’t think I’m very on trend. I hope you know what I mean though. This rotten weather doesn’t help …roll on sunny crispy January.

So, I went for my RIG procedure today to insert a tube into my stomach. Unfortunately, the procedure was abandoned as the radiologists were unable to get a clear image of my stomach. It appears my liver has moved & enlarged & is covering the stomach. An op may now be required.

@spenley @LidlGB As others have mentioned, I showed my receipt to the parking company, evidence of my shopping and they didn’t ask then for the fine.

Uh-oh. Shopped in @LidlGB. Forgot to enter my car reg into their parking computer for once. Now I've been fined for £90 by Parkingeye. Anyone had any success contesting this kinda thing?

Still in ICU but off ventilator. In a bad way. Had multiple organ failure and life-saving op. Told I'm doing well but it doesn't feel like that. Being fed through my nose. This is the most undignified experience of my life. Need help with all personal care. No photo. Too rough.
