Our new version is still not available on Flathub due to an outage on their side. This means you cannot update Heroic using the Discover App or the Gnome Store. So we updated the release on Github with the flatpak file if you want to update it manually. Thanks!

@HeroicLauncher My computer freezes completely after I close Cyberpunk launched in Heroic. If I launch it by adding the game's .exe file to Steam, nothing freezes and it works perfectly. Is Heroic still that unready?

@RandoCommandoX1 The point is that the amount of advantages of UMU surpasses the disavantages and also several of these flaws will be fixed soon.

@HeroicLauncher Please add an option to disable umu as a default setting globally

If you're having issue with launching games on the SteamDeck after the new update, try enabling the Steam Shader Pre-Cache on the Steam Settings or disabling UMU on the Game Settings > Advanced when using Proton-GE as workarounds. We are looking into it.
