In my aged state I have seen many Prime Ministers wriggle but I have never seen anything so blatantly crackers as this. Utterly astonishing behaviour and another embarrassment for the UK What does he think he is doing?

Keir Starmer lied to farmers. He promised to support farmers. But instead he betrayed them. He financially punished them.

The government's Islamophobia rules have only been here for a few days and they're already being used by LBC presenters to silence heretics
The Free Speech Union@SpeechUnion

Matthew Wright proves our point on LBC this morning. The official definition of Islamophobia — now repackaged as “anti-Muslim hostility” — is already silencing legitimate debate and criticism of Islam and its practices. It amounts to a de facto Muslim blasphemy law. The treatment of Nick Timothy by Labour MPs is deeply sinister. The Shadow Justice Secretary criticised mass Muslim prayer in Trafalgar Square, was reported to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, branded “Islamophobic”, and faced calls to resign from Labour MPs and even the Prime Minister. This morning, FSU External Affairs Officer @_ConnieShaw was invited on to discuss the comments made by Nick Timothy. Matthew Wright didn’t want to hear it. After the interview, he told another guest he had “closed her down” because she was “putting out anti-Muslim hatred”. Farcical. In a crowded field, Matthew is this week’s runner up as for chief enforcer of the blasphemy law this week. 👏

James Bubb raped a girl and a woman after “systematically” grooming them both online. He now “identifies as a woman” named Gwyn Samuels. Bubb first raped the girl when she was just 12 years old after befriending her online through Omegle. Bubb was also found guilty of raping a woman he met online while posing as a 16-year-old girl. He will remain in a men's prison. In his sentencing remarks the judge, Jonathan Cooper, said: “You abused the most intimate trust of each of your victims. In each case you systematically groomed your victim, first to befriend them, then to abuse them, finally to bend them to your will.” Despite this, Judge Cooper also said that Bubb's new identity of “Gwyn Samuels” should be respected.

Nobody is talking about what’s actually happening in the Persian Gulf right now. 3,200 commercial ships are trapped. Not military vessels. Civilian crews. Carrying oil, grain, electronics, medicine. Crews are running out of drinking water. One ship contacted the local port authority and begged for permission to dock just to resupply They were denied. For context — the Suez Canal crisis in 2021 trapped 400 ships and disrupted global supply chains for months. This is eight times that. The cameras are pointed at missile interceptions and oil price charts. Nobody is showing you the civilian sailor who can’t get drinking water in a war zone he never signed up for. If these ships are abandoned the environmental catastrophe alone — thousands of tons of fuel and chemicals sitting unmanned — would be generational. This is not a shipping disruption. This is a humanitarian crisis. And it started three weeks ago on a feeling. Never stop connecting the dots.

No animal deserves to face its final moments fully conscious, in a state of terror and pain. In a landmark ruling in 2023, a Greek court drew a firm line by declaring that slaughter without prior stunning is not legally permitted — a quiet but deeply significant victory for animal welfare. The court acknowledged what science has long confirmed: animals feel fear, pain, and distress just as acutely as any living being, and they deserve basic protection, especially in their most vulnerable moments. This decision is not a statement against any religion or community; it is a commitment to upholding fundamental welfare standards that apply to every animal, regardless of the reason for slaughter. Change like this rarely happens loudly — but for every animal spared from dying in full consciousness and agony, this ruling speaks volumes. When courts choose compassion, they speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.

This was Lebanon in the 1960s, when it was still a Christian country and known as the Paris of the Middle East. Lebanon was created to be a Christian homeland for persecuted Christians in the region. But like naive Westerners today, it decided to be multicultural and include Muslims in the country. Once Muslims became the majority, they started a war to overthrow the Christians who welcomed them, and the country has not known peace ever since. Lebanon is the ultimate example that coexistence between radically different cultures is impossible.

How has Starmer’s net worth increased by £25 million in two years then?🤔 What if any payments did he receive from Mauritius for the Chagos sell out or from anywhere else then?🤔
