@MR10B8 @HotelQuickly Yes. #hotelquickly cancelled our booking in Singapore 5 days before our arrival without our knowledge, and we paid them in full in March. Had to pay hotel again on arrival!!

Anyone having problems with @HotelQuickly #hotelquickly bookings: appears yr hotel probably HAS received payment if you prepaid before 14/11. If they still have a room for you (and they’re as amazing as the lovely staff at #HotelColonial in Barcelona) then you might be good 🤞

@HotelQuickly The help that you bring is refund the money and 20% on the next booking, do you really think that is a help? You have to make a new booking in similar hotel with the same price, i spend 200 euros more and had to walk 2 hours to find a new hotel with 0° temperatura after flight 7h

@HotelQuickly I have just arrived in London to find that the room I booked through you in August has been cancelled by the agency without my knowledge. The payment has been taken from my credit card when booked and there has been no reimbursement to the card! Respond ASAP! 😡
