One of the ‘Omg this makes me feel like things are getting better’ moments I’ve had recently was unstacking some chairs for a rehearsal. I have an almost Pavlovian serotonin release when unstacking chairs because it means a fun thing is about to happen. 🪑 🪑 🪑

@HowlingEmily I LOVE my walks. I have no intention to run anywhere ever (except maybe to get to the ice cream shop before it shuts, or away from a rabid dog)

Realising I can exercise without having to push myself has been a game changer. Fuck trying to get a good run time. Let’s take it easy and maybe do it more often because it’s not so unpleasant.
