Many years ago, I was on spring break in Florida and got separated from my friends. Some guys started following me and a pretty big guy who was with his girlfriend called out “hey (name that wasn’t mine), stop talking to them and come on.” I walked with them until I found my friends. I’ve never forgotten them.

if your personal issue mix with your job then you are not a good lawyer, if you wants to destry the guy because he cheated, then you are not a good lawyer. what would you do when man dont do what the women want him to do and she inmediatly suspend the sex part in the house for months and pushed him to look for it out side. would you destroy the women? women know how to push men tof do things. AM NOT SAYING THIS IS THE CASE.

5 years ago, my boyfriend broke up with me and said: you're a nerd who is obsessed with studying!”i graduated from a good law school and became a successful lawyer. today, i met my new client who said that she wants to divorce her husband who cheated on her and take everything she can from him. this man turned out to be my ex-boyfriend. i can’t wait to see his face when he notices me in the courtroom, sitting next to his wife, who will rip him off thanks to my help.

Don't fight it. Fighting ADHD like it’s a flaw only adds frustration, instead learn how to work with it by accepting the reality of how your mind works. Few tips that can help: (1) Structure your environment – Reduce distractions, make cues unavoidable, and design routines that guide action automatically. (2) Break tasks into micro-steps – Large goals overwhelm; tiny, visible steps give your brain momentum. (3) Use external reminders – Timers, apps, sticky notes, don’t rely solely on internal focus. (4) Leverage hyperfocus – Notice when your attention locks in and direct it toward high-value tasks. (5) Self-compassion – Missed steps aren’t moral failures; they’re part of how your brain functions. (6) Experiment and adapt – Track what triggers focus, fatigue, or procrastination. Treat yourself as the researcher, not the lab rat.

Further than that, communication for me is extremely difficult, but it has been something I've gotten way better at. Despite that, I find myself being far too forgiving with people I voice my concerns to, and I feel like it's better to just stay quiet and keep it to myself past a certain point. It builds up and eats me alive, but somehow I convince myself it's better than trying to be heard endlessly, and in vain.

MY UNHEALTHY DEFENSE MECHANISM IS TO SHUT DOWN AND STOP TALKING IF I FEEL LIKE I'M BEING MISUNDERSTOOD OR DISRESPECTED. I DON'T LIKE REPEATING MYSELF AND I DON'T LIKE THE FEELING LIKE I'M NOT BEING HEARD.

NO ONE TALKS ABOUT HOW HARD IT IS TO OPEN UP TO SOMEONE ABOUT BEING SAD FOR NO REASON. HOW HARD IT IS TO EXPLAIN TO YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY THAT YOU HAVE A HEAVY FEELING IN YOUR CHEST FOR NO REASON.

We loved opposite our neighbour in France who couldn’t speak English. His name was Alain. He used to sneak into ours at tea time for cakes hiding from his wife who had a full dinner waiting for him. For 9 years, we never saw his wife and one day, he brought her with him. There we were saying Alain this and that, and suddenly she said “who is Alain, his name is Pierre”. He hadn’t complained in 9 years!

@Iamivy05 @jvs3ph My ex once locked me out of our bedroom because I woke up early in the morning to tend to my 4 year old daughter who was in the room across the way. That was just one of many abusive behaviors he displayed. I hope he never knows a day of peace for the rest of his life.

This woman said: my ex-boyfriend used to yell at me when I went out with friends, threatening to lock me out of the house i was paying for. last weekend, my current boyfriend picked me up from my friend’s party at 2 AM with a burrito, a blanket, and a bottle of water, saying, “your eyeliner looks so good tonight, i missed you.” things get better, and i’m so glad where i’m at now. and i felt that relief of being with people who actually care, not control you.

just saw a girl saying that when you take a picture of the moon or the sunset and it doesn't look as good as in real life you don't think the problem is "the sky is actually ugly” u know the camera isn't fully capturing the beauty. & u should feel the same way about your selfies

When my kids were old enough to manage, we had occasional yoyo nights (you’re on your own). They ate what they wanted, within reason. If they decided it was Frosted Flakes, so be it. I was a single parent, 3 kids, full time job, they did school activities. Some nights, I was just TIRED. It won’t kill them if they have one night of top ramen. And they liked it 😉

this woman on threads said: “i used voice-to-text to ask my husband ‘would you be upset if i asked you to get yourself dinner? i had a rough day.’ and my five-year-old, who was in the next room, thought i was talking to her… she said in the softest voice ‘mommy, i would NEVER be upset at you for asking me that.’” and the way kids love you so gently without even realizing how much you need it… i felt that.

this woman on Tiktok said “met a 7-year-old girl at McDonald’s. she stared at me for a while then said ‘why are you so ugly?’ so i leaned in and whispered ‘i’m not supposed to tell you this, but I came back in a time machine… i’m you from the future.’ she cried for 20 minutes straight.” and honestly the way kids will say anything and you just have to recover in real time… yeah, i felt that.

DO NOT MAKE LIFE DECISIONS BASED ON YOUR BOYFRIEND OR GIRLFRIEND. Do not stay close to home for them, do not skip opportunities for them, do not pick a university that's close for them. They not the world! Grow yourself, expand your horizons.

criticising an Autistic person for having narrow interests, being blunt, misunderstanding context, looking away, fidgeting, being over-sensitive and struggling to communicate is the same as criticising a wheelchair user for not walking. Your ableism is exhausting
