One of the most EASIEST monthly reversals I have ever traded. I been at this since 2021 and the last 16-17 days have been a blessing to every type of trader. I kept saying LONG it. Those who weren’t afraid made money, those who were scared didn’t. Simple as that.

@dontbsalti What are the margin requirements for this broker. I know most are close to 2K per micro?

So the point of scaling a small cash account as a demonstration is that this is doable for someone starting out. Many influencers just reload their accounts and gamble and hide behind oversized trades then post their wins. When you have affiliate money you can easily just wire more money and just over size trades. But what good is that to you unless you have affiliate money to keep wiring yourself money 😂 Most influencers couldn’t start w $300 and scale to $1000 in a week because you can’t oversize in an account this small.
Market Mommy@dontbsalti

Account balance is now $803.86 ~2.65x starting balance in 2 trading days. trading 1-2 MNQ, so the +$500 profit from 2 days is now withdrawable. meanwhile, yall have to jump thru hoops to meet the payout requirements for these prop firms, firing in like $1500-2000 worth of evals to ** hopefully ** make a 10k payout. Sizing down makes the lots easier to let go of, and forces you to focus on higher R trades, with proper repetition this is a scalable skill.

Most traders get this wrong. They chase “huge” gains they see online and ignore solid $1.5k–$2k payouts. Then they overtrade… and give it all back. Truth: I’ve made ~$20k in 3 weeks just stacking small, consistent payouts. Don’t fall for the hype. Stack wins. Get paid.

Nobody asks an athlete what they did last season. They ask are you ready for this next one? Trading is the same. Your past payouts/profits means nothing. The only thing that matters is surviving, limiting the drawdown long enough to ride the next wave up.

Ngl tough to type this because people gonna clown me but can’t stop thinking about this Missed a play on an account I care about because I was too focused on reading chat/answering a question and by time I got ready and calculated the risk I missed it This has been a major issue for me in the past and the only fix I see is either stop streaming or have a personal assistant that trades for me when I tell them to enter Not sure what to do but sometimes when the entry goes quick and I’m looking at chat I just miss it

Last week I withdrew $5,000 in payouts Now this account (1of 3) is ready for payouts this week (another $5,000). Using a copier sounds efficient, but it delays payouts & stacks risk. Would you trade more patient if you had payouts secured? THIS is why I separate accounts.

Reverting negative energy in your life is a superpower. I take the Goggins approach, the hate gives me fuel. If I let it impact my decisions, I'd still be a deadbeat. It drove me to go from unemployed to a graduate with a degree in business/finance, got me to a six-figure salary working on $20M+ high end homes, and eventually become one of the highest paid retail prop traders. Before you knew you who I was, I was a nobody. No social presence, no credit score, no money in the bank. But that didn't stop me, because I always knew I was SOMEBODY. And that's ALL that matters. Your image of self drives everything. Not the opinions of people who don't care if you win or lose.

Most funded traders fumble here: They’ve got a $2–3K payout ready… But keep trading to “max it out” Then give it all back and end up securing nothing Base hits. Stack small payouts for a month = $10K+ Get paid. Reduce pressure. Trade better Lock in payouts

How to make mega money: Buy things that other people misjudge as risky. Ex: Quitting your job. Moving across the country. Going all in. The reality is that the alternative is riskier - it just takes longer to realize it.

Since this post got a lot of traction.. I want to be clear. Some of you think that I’ve lost my edge.. or I just got lucky. The truth is I haven’t traded much over the last 6 months.. because my edge isn’t present. I day trade inside large HTF swings. When I don’t have a larger overall price target with a high confidence rating.. I generally don’t have a trade. Knowing when it’s not present IS my edge. That’s 15 years of learning that your edge ISN’T always present. If I go back and look at my career there were times I WISH I didn’t trade for weeks, sometimes months, where I was forcing my ideas on the market… instead of sitting still. Those periods set me back a lot, because when my edge came back, instead of going straight into profit, I was spending those good periods clawing back from the drawdown that I created from not being able to sit still. I’ve already been through the cycle of making a ton of money.. getting overconfident, and giving it all back. “You don’t bet the empire to make a pot of gold” So after I hit a multi 7-figure payout, I took a lot of that money and bought multiple properties, invested in their renovations, bought other assets, and put myself in a position to build a legacy that my family can stand on if I DIE tomorrow. That’s not me losing edge or being unprofitable. That’s me being intelligent about risk and capital allocation. That’s knowing when the market conditions shift and things become more uncertain. I would actually be retarded to make millions and then stick 25% or more of it into a personal account. The market isn’t your safe space. Your goal is to extract money from it and use that to build an empire. But eventually the goal becomes more about capital preservation than generation.
JadeCap@jadecap_

Plain and simple, if I would have taken my payout from Apex last year and tried to run it up I likely would’ve lost a lot of money in the past 6-9 months. For me, trading markets profitably are about finding those pockets of opportunity where there are major catalysts driving order flow on one side of the tape. Then trading becomes easy. The hard part is knowing how to survive and have enough longevity to avoid markets that aren’t providing those same opportunities. That often means just sitting still.

Payouts processed for the week 💰 Other accounts ready for 5-7k for next week 🔥 This is why I avoid copy trading Less pressure Payouts secured to get paid every week Easier to scale Closing in on a potential 20k month from props 🫡

Met a trader at a prop firm event who was doing $15-25k/month in payouts. Consistently. For over a year. But he had one rule that most people would think is insane. He NEVER traded on Mondays. I asked him why. 'I used to trade Mondays. But I tracked my data over 8 months and realised that 44% of my losing trades happened on Mondays. My win rate on Mondays was 31%. Every other day was 50-72%.' He showed me the spreadsheet. It was clear. Mondays were killing his performance. Not because the setups were different. But because HE was different. Weekend break meant he was rusty. Hesitation. Second-guessing. Overcompensating with larger size or revenge trades. The data didn't lie. So he just stopped trading Mondays entirely. Didn't try to fix it. Didn't try to force discipline. Just removed the variable. His overall win rate jumped from 58% to 71% within 3 months. Same strategy. Same markets. Just eliminated his worst day. He now trades Tuesday-Friday only. Still doing $15-25k/month. Actually easier now because he's not fighting himself on Mondays anymore. Most traders think they need to trade every day to make money. But sometimes the best trade is the one you don't take. And sometimes the best day is the one you skip entirely. Track your data. If a specific day, session, or pair is consistently underperforming - just stop trading it. You're not giving up. You're optimising.
