My friend is playing Secret of the Mimic spoiler free and just fixed the first elevator. So far her predictions are: Edwin is evil and a neglectful parent who built the Mimic to deal with his kid so he could build robots. Edwin may have committed murder and the Mimic was either-

@Be_1302 Tbf she's only a couple hours into the game, it's not like she's working with all the evidence. I can see where she's coming from based on what she has to work with (Mimic saw something and is now killing people, made by Edwin, employees scared of Edwin listening/watching, etc)

@ShyGuy_Mike I wouldn't say that's the reason it's violent though. At least not as far as I can tell canonically. I thought that theory was more that at some point later it saw William murder or something?

@IDsFantasy Even then, it seeing a murder is a popular theory, so I would also count that as in the correctness ball-park.

@ShyGuy_Mike Yeah! The main thing she's off on is Edwin being legitimately evil instead of just a deeply flawed individual/poor boss and that it was the Mimic itself that was hurt, not someone else, but other than that it's more or less what happened

@IDsFantasy It's also a bit confusing, like unless they're standing near a human or something else, it's sort of hard to get an idea of how tall the bots are, but that's just me.

The canon heights for the Transformers One bots are very funny to me because what do you mean cogless Orion is that much taller than G1 Optimus Prime lol
