If you’re more advanced perform the move in a single leg deadlift position and get turning in + out of the hips too 👌 2️⃣ - Open Books Keep your knee down (either on the floor or on a block/ cushion) as you open up through the trunk. Exhale as you approach end range to try and “melt” further into it. 3️⃣ - Half Kneeling Drifts Explore different foot positions to change the dynamics of the move and feel free to add a little load to these as well 💪 A few mins daily mobility can be game changing and a a real nice complement to your strength, power + speed work 🏋️‍♀️ Remember strength training through full ROM helps mobility too 😉

Today it was announced that the body that decides MPs’ pay will give MPs a pay rise of £2,200. This is the wrong decision when millions face a cost-of-living crisis. As previously promised, I will donate any extra money I get to foodbanks here in East Leeds.
