HB 1521, a trans bathroom ban with criminal penalties of a year in jail, is effective July 1st. It IGNORES birth certificate sex. "Suspects" will be under criminal investigation. It applies to bathrooms, public and private universities, airports, parks, beaches, and more.

I'm not mincing my words anymore. The legislative assault on transgender people is a genocide against us. It seeks to remove us from public life, remove all legal protections, remove our trans children from parents, remove their medically necessary care. It will kill people.
