@TimDalgleish @mrccbu That is devastating. Terrible news. I've had some of the best times at the @mrccbu. Any ways this decision by the MRC could be challenged publicly? A petition? I'm guessing you would get many signatures...

Next year our Unit @mrccbu in Cambridge will be 80 years old (mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/history/). Sadly, the UK MRC has decided to now close all its units and our funding ends in 2027 so it’s the end of an era for the CBU as we know it. 1/n
