मैंने प्रतिभागी अधिकारियों से यह अपेक्षा की है कि वे इस पांच दिन के सत्र के बाद अपने विभाग में एक आधा दिन की कार्यशाला करेंगे, जिससे वे फिजिकल एवं डिजिटल यानि मिक्स मोड में अधिक से अधिक अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को लेकर इस स्पेशल कार्यक्रम से उन्हें क्या सीखने को मिला...

...इन विषयों पर भूतपूर्व मंत्रिपरिषद सचिव श्री प्रभात कुमार जी, जो ICCfG के अध्यक्ष हैं, की उपस्थिति एवं सक्रियता से भागीदारी में अन्य विशेषज्ञों द्वारा जानकारी दी जाएगी।

सत्र में कैसे एक कर्मयोगी के रूप में विकसित भारत के संकल्प को पूरा करने के लिए कार्य करना है; कैसे टेक्नोलॉजी का प्रयोग करके अपनी कारगुजारी को बेहतर करना है; कैसे नागरिकों के जीवन की गुणवत्ता को बेहतर करना है एवं कारोबार की प्रक्रिया को आसान करने के लिए कैसे कार्य करना है...

सिविल सेवा के अधिकारियों को निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी, जिम्मेदार और तत्परता से उचित निर्णय लेकर लागू करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।

विकसित भारत के संकल्प के साथ देश तेज़ी से प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर है।इसमें लोक सेवकों की अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। हर एक सरकारी कर्मचारी कर्मयोगी होता है; वह कैसे कर्मयोगियों के गुण आत्मसात कर सकता है, इस विषय पर संवाद शैली में प्रशिक्षण होगा।

यह प्रशिक्षण भारत सरकार के क्षमता निर्माण आयोग (CBC) के द्वारा अनुमोदित है। इसमें कर्मचारियों/ अधिकारियों को कैसे सिटीजन केन्द्रित विकास की संस्कृति लानी है, कैसे अपने कार्य एवं व्यवहार में नैतिकता का समावेश करना है, सम्मिलित है।

इस प्रशिक्षण में प्रदेश के विशेष सचिव, निदेशक, प्रबंधन निदेशक या इस स्तर के 40 अधिकारी भाग ले रहे हैं। उद्घाटन सत्र में भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के 2022 बैच के परिवीक्षाधीन अधिकारी भी भाग ले रहे थे।

आज उत्तर प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अकादमी, लखनऊ में IC Centre for Governance (ICCfG) के सौजन्य से 'कर्मचारी से कर्मयोगी' विषय पर 05 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण प्रारम्भ किया गया। इसके उद्घाटन सत्र में भाग लेने का मुझे सुअवसर प्राप्त हुआ।
